Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes! Here at Chíquè we understand that things do happen and we as ladies can be very indecisive at times but no worries we’re more than willing to help you with these matters.
However, Chíquè is NOT responsible for buyers remorse. Please be 100% certain of any purchases you make with us!
We have a 7 day return/exchange policy in which you have
up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. All returns/exchanges are processed on a case to case basis. To be eligible for a return/exchange all items must be in brand new condition (in its original packaging with no damages to the packaging, uncombed, un-used, not brushed, no fingers ran through, or altered in any way!!) All sale items are FINAL & cannot be returned.
Items that show any signs of defects will be deemed ineligible and returned back to you.
Please be aware that if the item you are looking to exchange your initial purchase with is priced higher than the item you have in your possession you must pay the difference upon requesting the exchange. If it is less than
the item you initially purchased you'll be refunded the difference back to your original payment method.
To begin a return/exchange you must first contact us at (business phone number) / (business email) within our business hours. Please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for a response.
If the return/exchange is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for your return shipping fee! Please attach a note inside your package with your name & order number. We recommend that you provide us with all tracking information as we are not responsible for lost returns. Please do not attempt to return anything before speaking with customer service first!
When will I receive my exchange?
Once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed you must wait for the new order to be processed and shipped as you would when placing a new order. If we have the item you are looking to exchange with on hand it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you to let you know whether your return was accepted or not once we’ve received & confirmed all hair is in its prime condition. If so, a full refund excluding the original shipping cost will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are usually returned back to your bank or credit cards within 24 - 48 hours after we initiate them. All bank institutions have different refund policies. Feel free to call your bank to see when you should be expecting your refund.

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
We do our best to have your orders out as soon as possible! Please allow 5-8 business days for order processing. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.
On or before the 10th business day your item will ship and delivery time will be an additional 1-3 business days via USPS. Transit may cause delays during this process. Orders may have higher processing times during holidays.
Can I make changes to my order?
It is you as a Chíquè Dolls responsibility to read all product descriptions before purchasing. If you realize you've purchased the incorrect item, you must contact customer service within 4 hours of placing your order for assistance. Changes are not guaranteed.
When will my tracking number start to update?
Once you've received the tracking email, shipping activity will update within the next 24 hours. Be sure to check junk and spam folders if you do not see this email in your inbox. If you have not received a tracking number 10 business days from placing your order please contact customer service. Please make sure your address is typed correctly (street, apt #, city, state, and zip code) you will NOT be refunded if the address provided is incorrect and sent to the wrong location.
Didn't receive your package after it’s been “delivered”?
If you cannot locate a package that has been labeled “delivered” you MUST contact the delivery courier. Once your order is in the hands of its mailing distributor; USPS, FedEx, or UPS, Chíquè is no longer liable.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
